Do you know a true American hero?
Tell us the story

"The character of a nation can well be determined by how it pays homage to its heroes" -- Bob Dole in "The Quiet Hero"

Gary W. Toyn, author of "The Quiet Hero," is asking your assistance in researching his next book informally titled "Quiet Heroes: America's Greatest Stories of Heroism You've NEVER Heard." He hopes to find stories about unsung or little known American heroes. The hero may only be known to a community, or just family and close acquaintances.  The heroism could have taken place at war time, at home, or in the course of everyday events. Regardless of whether the act was recognized or not, we want to hear about it.

To be specific, we are looking for stories about someone who, in a singular act, ignored their own safety to protect or save the life of another AND, since that event, has lived a life of honor and integrity.

If you know someone who has accomplished something heroic, please let us know by completing the form below.

If you have a question, please send an e-mail message to info(at)americanlegacymedia.com. (Please add the "@" sign as we leave it out to avoid spambots) If you would like to speak to someone, or you simply don't want to complete the form, call us (toll free) 1-866-233-8165.
